On this page you will find the online Reservation Form. Before you make your reservation, please read carefully the Cancellation Conditions first:

Cancellation Conditions

76 days prior: full refund minus 50 euro ~ 75-61 days prior: 80% of tour cost refunded ~  60-31 days prior: 50% of tour cost refunded ~ 30-8 days prior: 25% of tour cost refunded ~ 7 days prior or less: no refund. Costs of international money transfer are deducted from the refund.

Online Reservation Forms

For each Tour a separate Online Reservation Form is available. Click on the Tour of your choice to open the Form.

  1. Tour 1 RESERVATION FORM - MERK Switzerland and Strasbourg - May 12-20, 2012. (Dutch spoken Tour)
  2. Tour 2 RESERVATION FORM - Holland, North-Germany and Poland - June 23 - July 10, 2012.
  3. Tour 3 RESERVATION FORM - Poland, Warsaw and Berlin - July 28 - August 9, 2012.
  4. Tour 4 RESERVATION FORM - Holland and Belgium - August 28 - September 7, 2012.
  5. Tour 5 RESERVATION FORM - South-Germany and Switzerland - September 11-21, 2012.
  6. Tour 6 RESERVATION FORM - Poland, Warsaw and Berlin - October 6 - 18, 2012.

Payments from Overseas Tour Members

There are two ways of Payment you can choose from:
  1. Pay with your Credit Card through PayPal.

    To make the Payment, click the Pay Now Button below. You don't have to have or create a PayPal account. Wait until the secure PayPal page appears in your screen, fill in the amount you want to pay and click "update". Continue with the option "Don't have a PayPal account", then you fill in your country and Credit Card details to make the Payment.

  2. Send a check, made payable in Euro's to Ayold Fanoy.

Payments from Tour Members living within the European Union

Tour members from within the European Union are asked to use the bank account number of Mennonite Heritage Tours in combination with the IBAN code. Please contact us for the account number and IBAN code details.
